The Riverbend Commerce Park, formerly Factory Outlet Mall, is the Easternmost building in the previous Factory Outlet Mall area of Post Falls, Idaho. The entire building encompasses over 65,000 square feet of retail, office and light industrial space. New ownership (Summer of 2017) is committed to revamping the spaces and making the area a thriving business and commerce center once again.
Select Properties Co, has been selected for leasing and property management. Active leasing of spaces began in November 2017, and as of early January 27% of spaces are already leased.
